Another Spanish Club Valencia also set up on semifinal's stage by beating Dutch Club AZ Alkmaar  4-0 second leg at home match. in the the first leg with Alkmaar valencia lost their match by 2-1 at away match. it was easy Alkmaar for this game. But they can not take any facility on his aggregate result.  So Alkmaar is out from Europa and Valencia qualified for Semifinal.

Another semi qualifier is Sporting Lisbon who is played with Metalist Karkhiv from Uckraine. They are draw on the second leg game by 1-1. But Sporting Lisbon win their first leg by 2-1. So aggregate 3-2. So that Sporting Lisbon reached semifinal.
